On the occasion of ISAR Silver Jubilee at Hyderabad, Dr. Nirmal Bhasin featured on the Wall Of ICSI along with other eminent Embryologists and IVF Specialists of India as a token of appreciation for her achievements. Dr. Nirmal Bhasin had given the first ICSI baby to the tri-city of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
Success Story- Patient Conceived through Retrograde Ejaculation IUI
Simranpreet Kaur* was anxious and desperate when she came to us at Jannee Fertility Centre this year. She had faced disappointment a month ago when her first IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) cycle failed at one of the private IVF centres in Chandigarh.
A team of medical specialists in collaboration with Friends Forever Welfare Society Kharar will hold a blood donation and free medical check up
camp on the occasion of Lohri between 0900 hrs and 1500 hrs. Dr. Nirmal Bhasin from Jannee Fertility Centre will be available at the camp for free gynecological check up.
When Shraddha* came to Jannee 3 years back, she was at the crossroad of hope and disappointment. After a couple of failed IVF cycles at various centres in the tricity, Shraddha was at the brink of giving up all hope to ever become a mother.
However, her strength and Dr. Nirmal’s counselling helped her choose optimism.
At Jannee, she conceived in the first IVF cycle but unfortunately the pregnancy resulted in preterm labour at 24 weeks and she lost the baby.

As a part of monthly free fertility camp at Sangha Hospital, Ropar, Dr. Nirmal Bhasin of Jannee Fertility Centre, Chandigarh counselled and guided a number of patients for free on 21st August, 2016.
These camps are being organized to make people aware about treatment options and to remove the taboo of infertility from rural areas.
Dr. Nirmal Bhasin, Director- Jannee Fertility Centre, attended the 2-Day INSTAR Panel Discussion on ART Bill and Surrogacy at Kochi on 13 & 14 August, 2016.
Recently the Government of India has drafted a bill which bans surrogacy in India for foreigner and NRI couples to prevent exploitation of surrogates. The panel discussion was organized to debate for and against the bill.
“ART OF GENESIS” – A CME on “Ultrasound in Infertility & Early Pregnancy” saw our esteemed Director Dr. Nirmal Bhasin as the chairperson. It was a proud moment for all of us at Jannee.

Success in IUI in not very high; it only about 10-15%, but when a baby results from a positive IUI everyone has the reason to be elated – the treatment is cheap, it is the least invasive of all ART procedures, and most importantly, our clients go home with a baby.
In this case, it was after 5 years of unsuccessful trying, this couple finally conceived with IUI. As we always say, never lose hope.
